The enlarged 6-ply Baltic Birch body with upward facing front port deepens bass notes, while the elegant Palo Santo playing surface dishes out crisp snare and slap tones. Equipped with eight pre-tuned custom micro-coiled steel cajon strings that span the interior of the playing surface for a sensitive snare effect. The unique shape of MEINL Slaptop Cajons brings the striking surface nearer to the player for an upright playing position with forward sound projection.
