Achromic X Series 10" 2-Way Active Loudspeaker with Bluetooth
Well suited for a variety of small to medium sized spaces and venues including clubs, bars, mobile DJs, public address engagements, schools, houses of worship, fitness centers, and more, the Avante Audio A10X Achromic X Series is a 10", two-way active loudspeaker with a 1000W peak dynamic amplifier, integrated DSP, and Bluetooth 5.0 technology for wireless input and control. The Class-D amplifier delivers 250W (RMS) to the 10" woofer, while the Class-AB amplifier drives 50W (RMS) to the 1" high-frequency compression driver, which combine to provide a frequency range of 70 Hz to 20 kHz with a peak SPL of 121 dB.
The integrated DSP offers four modes: Normal, Club, Live, and Speech, allowing you to custom tailor the speaker to your specific application. Additionally, there is a three-band EQ and high-pass filter to further enhance the sound. Settings can be adjusted via the LCD screen or remotely via Bluetooth using the dedicated app for iOS mobile devices. The H-PP molded enclosure features a tough 1.2mm steel grille and a dual-position pole mount with 0 or 7.5° options. The rear panel offers a balanced combo XLR-1/4" input, two RCA inputs, a 3.5mm Aux input, and a balanced XLR output for connecting additional speakers. There are independent gain controls for the XLR and RCA inputs. The Avante A10X Achromic Series loudspeaker includes a power cord.
Bluetooth 5.0 for Wireless Input and Remote Control
Thanks to the addition of Bluetooth 5.0 technology, audio can be streamed directly to any of the Achromic X Series speakers wirelessly from a compatible cell phone, tablet, or laptop.
A dedicated iOS app (compatible with both iPhone and iPad) is also available, which allows comprehensive control over the integrated 2-channel mixer and comprehensive DSP.
The app allows level, three-band EQ, and high-pass filter control for each channel independently as well as selection of DSP presets (Normal, Live, Club, and Speech) and configuration of the internal delay feature. The app allows audio engineers to make adjustments remotely while listening to the speaker’s output, making for a quicker and more convenient workflow. In addition, the app allows you to create scenes—which are snapshots of all the current level and DSP settings—to be saved and recalled in the future.
You can equalize the speaker system to optimize the sound in the room, then name and save as a scene for that particular venue. Next time you return to this venue, you can simply recall the scene and you are ready.
